6 Battalions of FARTers oughta sauce up the Marianas a treat, particularly if you put 'em all on one island.

We captured Sinabang by submarine borne commandos. No supply there but it at least causes them to have to worry about more base building.

No Japanese losses

The AF at Batoe-elanden goes live and provokes a massive fighter sweep attack. We didn't send anyone to the party.

Situation in Sumatra. The Japs sent the ENTIRE 38th Div up the road from Djambi. I don't know where they find all these guys.

Jap unit approaching on the Southern route from Djmabi turns around when they find an Aussie brigade astride the pass.

19 Brigade retreats to Padang to hide under the canopy.

Roti bombed yesterday, Koepang today....hmmm? It's the same pattern. They take our recon flights from West to East and then the KB shows up. I was going to send out Arizona fromm Taberfane to try to make port but not now. She is safer in port.

Morning Air attack on Koepang , at 68,116

Weather in hex: Thunderstorms

Raid spotted at 26 NM, estimated altitude 14,000 feet.
Estimated time to target is 9 minutes

Japanese aircraft
A6M3a Zero x 20
G3M3 Nell x 68

No Japanese losses

Airbase hits 9
Airbase supply hits 2
Runway hits 61

If he keeps repeating the pattern, he is asking to get ambushed.

How about "Washington Lobbyists"? A fearsome team to be sure, unless you are amenable to a little financial persuasion to throw the game ...

Didn't the Picts in Scotland paint their faces? Also put things in their hair? Give them a hatchet as well and make them the new fact of the mascot.

The Picts didn't wear clothes in combat. They thought painting themselves blue would do the trick,.

The early Celts did not wear clothes in combat either. Maybe the blue colour was from the warm climate?

Pretend I have read the manual. There is a hot key that I can't find in the manual that shows how much the supply degrades over the various hexes from what ever hex you choose. I know it isn't a false memory and it isn't on pages 17 and 18 of the manual.

Nope, Washington, District of Columbia which is on the East Coast of North America. Built on a swamp, so draining the swamp is appropriate. Or maybe let Mother Nature reclaim it.
