Well there's your problem ! When are you gonna give your regiment the rest of their vehicle? And I suspect Light Horses don't like carrying motors anyway, so get them some Heavy Horses! Are there any in your pools .... errr .... corrals?

You want Maori warriors you gotta bring them from NZ. In Australia you are limited to local Aboriginies, brown snakes and funnel web spiders. Oh, and you could send some Portugese Men-of-War to that Japanese beach party.

I imagine that being in the ship watching PBYs lumbering in with torpedoes is like the bulldozer scene from Austin Powers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLlUgilKqms

I saw Mad Max: Fury Road recently. They have some real Australian (no rules) Motor Sport creations there that you could use to good effect!

Side note: the movie tried to make Charlize Theron look unattractive - they failed.

On your screenshots, it would help the 'peanut gallery' if you used the "W" key to highlight hexside control.

Thanks,
Mr Peanut

"W" key..roger that.

This landing of 19th RCT may not have been such a good idea. It's 10 sea hexes from the position of the SCTF near Geelong to Hobart so there will almost certainly be some IJN surfaces forces there by daylight. They might not make it if they are held up by PT boat or sub attack or plot their route wrong but that is pretty dicey. There is also some kind of Jap shipping in the Bass Strait on replay. We will probably have to sacrifice a couple of DD's and leave the damaged transports at Hobart to unload as much as they can. Maybe move in the SBD's to sting IJN ships that show up.

Most likely the KB will move South as well. Oh well, one must break a few eggs to make zee omelette, eh?

They succeeded in Monster. Fortunately that era where hot actresses intentionally made themselves unattractive is over . . . the unibrow in Frida was painful.

Air losses last turn. We do manage to shoot down some elite Zero jockeys over Hobart. The problem is the only troops who got off the boats were the ones who went into the drink when the AK sank. We send the transports SE because they can't completely unload in one night turn and the place will be very dangerous tomorrow. Operational fighters go back to Melbourne to try to escort and SBD raid.

I prefer the bull dozer scene from A Fish called Wanda.

On another note, it appears you will need women to do a mans job all over the southern hemisphere. I suggest you
adhere to US policy to get the best out of them.

By Odin! That is so obviously sexist and paternalistic.

The real secret to happy female employees are plenty of glamour magazines in the break room, a quiet place for contemplation and gossiping and good looking Fed Ex and UPS delivery guys.

I just watched Bridge on the River Kwai last night as my lungs were wracked with viruses.
Great movie. Beautifully directed and filmed. Ceylon is amazingly beautiful. Not surprised Admiral Lord SPrior has his HQ there. The thing is, I can't stop from giggling at the Japan-mens dialogue.

Looks like we actually sank 2 CVL's and Hiryu in that business SE of N&IC. Still behind on CA's, however.
