To your log:

All I got was a commercial. Why should I intentionally watch and listen to such stupid things? This is a much better thing to listen to, which is about the people who were outnumbered over 5:1 by the Russians - who ran.

Good for the bike rider although this was a bike that was left up against a tree which kept growing. A smarter tree would have shoved the bicycle out of the way.

Starbucks coffee? Take out the "tarb" and you have it.

Yes, purple cartoon characters are unspeakable - especially the dinosaur one and the elephant one.

Had an email photo from the sales agent for our new house. Since last Saturday when they were working on the main level subfloor, the framing is up through the second floor! She expects the roof supports may be on by the end of this weekend. Hope to visit and get more pictures tomorrow.

Yesterday could have either been rather profitable or an opportunity to have free room and board for awhile.

I went to a bank, cashed a check, then left. Yes, I even entered the bank wearing a mask.

I spend some money, even getting some excellent candy from a candy store where they make it there.
A person that I gave some to complained about it - her waist band on her pants is getting too tight. I told here to buy a reel push lawn mower and push it.

But while I was eating my steak, eggs, hash browns, and pancakes served with LOTS of coffee, I received a telephone call. This was the bank teller who told be that the computer ran the check through but forgot the last digit. So only one tenth of the money came from the account. She said no but that I had to give her my permission to take the rest of the money out of my account. I immediately said yes. To me, that was no problem and a no brainer. But if I had said no, then I may have had some people in matching outfits put a matching pair of bracelets on me with a little chain holding them together. That is where the free room and board would come from.

One other time, I went to a drive up part of a bank (I had a working vehicle at that time) and there was money in the tube that is used there. I immediately called the teller and told her about it. I did not want to touch that.

Another time at an entirely different bank,a teller counted out the money that I wanted. Something did seemed wrong so I counted it out right there, in front of here. A twenty stuck to another one and she did not count it but I did.

Always good policy to report a mistake in your favour. The employee involved might have to pay for the mistake from their own earnings.

Yes, just like accepting a fake 20 USD bill, the person or business is the loser. Some businesses charge the employee for accepting a fake bill.
