I read (in his statement)that Brazil did it in conjunction with the Americans. Never played the game but Brazil doing what he said by itself would be unbelievable

If I recall the game, Brazil was suggested as a good "starter" Country to learn the game, so there were some credible possibilities.

not in the fantasy land of HOI 3 it isn't. There was one AAR with a world conquest by Albania. Like all Paradox games, its fun till you get bored of the ahistoric nonsense and realise you are effectively playing a space or fantasy 4x style game.
