I am playing Northern Inferno Beware of the Badger and early in the scenario there is some air attacks on SAM sites. Shortly after that I notice in my event window "NATO designated as hostile." Is this suppose to happen, or did I do something wrong?

BKL, what version of Command you use? If not B775.16, then you can try the latest Command v1.10 Release Candidate 7 - Build 775.16
