No Port Strikes. No naval air.

USA send a cruiser force to Polynesia.

France send a TRS from Canada to Cape Verde Basin. It is loaded with one MOT.

CW send one CP to each of East Med and East Indian Ocean.

One Indian Militia is transported by the Dutch TRS to the Red Sea.

No Ground Strikes. No rail movement.

The 2nd Cavalry continue to raid behind the Japanese lines, occupy a resource and liberate Changsha.

In central China the Nationalists advance in the mountains, albeit a few units become disorganized.

Over to Warspite1 for the remainder of the impulse.

Land Movement (Cont)
Chinese Communists

The city of Sian is liberated by the 7th Garrison Army and the Lanchow Militia (it is unknown who is more cheesed off by this development - Tojo or Chiang Kai Shek) while this move is flanked by the 1st Infantry Army under Mao north of the Hwangho River and by the 2nd Infantry and 8th RTE Armies who march along the northern slopes of the Tsinling Mountains.

Soviet Union

In Manchuria the Trans-Siberian Railway is agonisingly one hex short of being re-opened. Meanwhile Koniev continues to position forces around Kirin. The position in the mountains to the southeast of the city is reinforced with the 39th Infantry Army, whose place to the east of the city is taken by the 3rd Siberian Corps. Finally the 1st Siberian Corps finishes its forced march from Blagovyeshchensk and enters Harbin for a spot of well deserved R+R.

The recent arrivals in Poland and Hungary of German Army units - and in particular the spotting of both Rommel and Guderian - makes even Stalin begin to believe something is amiss....

Soviet movement to follow after work.

There is nothing going on in Poland. Rundstedt is there too. Next turn Manstein arrives, after that they just test their new toys and invade Sweden using amphibious tanks

The Soviets are caught in two minds by Mayhemizer's announcement - after all, he wouldn't lie to the Allies would he?

But ultimately the big pull back is authorised by the Vozhd.

The plan is for road bumps to be placed in forests and cities along the frontier and for initial stands to be made (in so far as this is possible) along the Dvina, the Upper Neman and the Dneister.

Land Combat
None

Do my eyes deceive me? AT and AA single stacked at the front?

Edit: Must be some sort of trap or clever plan.

Neither its a lack of movement points. To be clear, if the Germans declare war is the alignment of Romania allowed straight after?

I am amazed that the turns are, consistently, so short in this game.

Use 4 surprise points to change the air combat to +8/-6. The remaining 2 points will be saved to reduce damage if the bomber clears.
