CW decline to send any air reinforcements.

I declined on behalf of Germany to send their fighter to the 0 box.

Will Italy commit their submarine?

CW ground strikes the hex northeast of Gibraltar with one bomber and one air transport. One fighter is on standby if the British bombers needs assistance.
