things to try and alter, User DPI Setting: 144 DPI (150 percent) System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent) this is what it should be, as this like it said is the default, your's has been set higher, some games won't support this either or can give errors once used, to check just alter in back http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5990-dpi-scaling-level-displays-change-windows-10-a.html card drivers are a few versions back so can be upgraded, won't matter mcuh tbh Driver Date/Size: 8/7/2015 audio is older mind you 11/5/2013 errors in logs, main one is The ESE Runtime (ESENT.DLL) which is a main system one, and pops up in almost every error, but no game related ones reported. so something in the system is blocking, which makes me think, and i say think as reports doesn't really mention much either, firewall, permissions or anti virus for most if not all errors logged, butthis doesn't help the game problem, but fix these, and i'd say the others wont happen either. quote:
add the exe of the game to your Anti Virus and firewall program, to make sure check the logs of these to see if it was one if any of them was to blame. That usually means a 3rd party program, like an Internet security programs, is or could be interfering with the game or update installation. run the game from a admin account and use full admin permissions. please make sure all game pre requisite are installed with the game, even if you think or fully know there are already installed, it will only over write, and it may be that you have a older or newer version of these where as the game in question may need a certain version. do you use a none standard firewall or anti virus program? as logs in them both need to be checked by yourself to see which has maybe caused the issue.
