win 10 ram max use, motherboard and bios dependent again

like it or not, it's not Cr@p as some put it

just not to your taste maybe, been testing it for years, spent may happy times doing it, and found lots of issues that all have been fixed along the way, it's developing even now and evolving into who knows what as each new build comes online

If the Bios shows the full amount of RAM there may be some conflict in Windows. If Bios also shows 24 then either some hardware problem or a strange Bios option like "memory hole" is active.

zak, that a lot of memory. Why you have so much?

Normally only need like 16 to 32GB, depending on the OS and mainboard.

it's not mine, my highest pc is 32gb, but for those who use ram drives, CAD programs and other art stuff, more is always better

Ah I see, I have 32gb as well. Building a pc isn't that hard though. Got my hardware from newegg.
