Not able to re-download game via My Products page, why?.

Hello,
I purchased GTC yesterday on the 14th of April; I tried registering the serial number, but it say it's already registered. If it's already registered, then why can't I have access to the games executable file?; if I should ever need to download it again I'd like to be able to.

P.S. Just so you know, the first thing I do when I download a new purchased game, is I back it up to an external drive (of various types).

The game is registered, it did so automatically when I purchased the game; but unlike Cross of Iron, and Wacht am Rhein I'm not able to re-download the game via the "My Products" page.

Best to open a ticket, as the back-end guys are best placed to see what is going on. Note that you can always get a download link from them at any time too.

Okay I'll open a ticket then; I have no need to re-download it again, it would be nice just to be able to do so, if need be in the future.
