�Command - Desert Storm� is a new DLC/Standalone release for Command: Modern Air/Naval Operations, the premier game of air, naval & strategic warfare and the choice of serious hobbyists and defence professionals alike. Fourteen historical & hypothetical campaign scenarios plus a bonus contemporary standalone scenario cover the major actions that marked the conflict, allowing you to explore the events that happened - and the ones that could easily have.

Command: Modern Air Naval Operations and Desert Storm are also available together in a bundle on Steam!

Why is this no longer available to buy on Steam, and how can i buy it? direct from the Matrix site? and can i still get it for CMANO? (not CMO) cheers.

EDIT: Just read the FAQ on the Matrix website so i can still buy this DLC for CMANO...but as i have bought CMANO and all Live scenarios and other DLC's on Steam...will it still be ok to buy this DLC direct from Matrix site, and will it run on Steam when i launch CMANO? cheers.

If you buy it on Matrix you can get a steam key for it from Matrix (I believe it's in your user support section of your profile on the Matrix site - I don't use CMO in Steam so I"m not positive about getting the key part).

Thanks ultradave i'll be purchasing that then. I was wondering if you could help me with this? i posted this in another forum but i havent had a reply:

Hi all wondering if anyone can help. I had to reinstall CMANO and in doing so i have to download all the images and descriptions again from here. I just downloaded the descriptions but when i went to move the CWDB descriptions from the download folder to my desktop it didnt work, and an error message pops up in a window saying Windows Explorer has stopped working, and then that has to restart. It seems i cant move any of data around between folders, when i try i get that message. Has anyone else had this? does anyone know why i'm getting this? playing the game is so much better with those images and descriptions, thanks for any help.

Thanks in advance ultradave, or anyone else for that matter for any suggestions. The reason why i had to install CMANO again was because my computer suddenly shut down one day a few weeks ago and when i rebooted it, it had done a system restore to a point from about 6 years ago and so i had to reinstall all my games etc again, including Steam! i think this happened because i had to authenticate my copy of windows with a license key (which i had). So i'd imagine this has something to do with why i'm having problems moving downloaded data folders into or rather merging with existing ones. Thanks again anyway
