Germany send up two FTR2 (6,5) vs the MIG-1, and one FTR2 (6) against the I-153.

Edit: Begin with the air combat without any Italians.

The first air combat is short, and ends with the German bombers cleared, the Soviet fighters shot down. And the Soviet pilots able to fight another day.

All adjacent German units support the paradrop. Odds before the notional is 39:18.

Will USSR include the notional?

Japan adds 6 bombers with a total of 13 factors in ground support.

Germany adds 3 bombers with 14 points in ground support.

Will USSR fly any defensive ground support?

Axis has one FTR2, and one FTR3 available for interception.

The final odds in China is +9,786.

Will China select assault, or blitz?

The German attack was a failure.

And I seriously doubt that I will be allowed to roll for any more German attacks.

Which unit will USSR take as a loss?

JJ is not online so I choose INF.

Allies have been quite lucky lately. It will not last forever, but I enjoy it while it lasts.

Indeed. And you should.

Feels like the Japanese roll was the first good land combat die roll on a long time. Although I would have preferred if it had come in Russia instead.

After the German land combat disaster I threatened to replace the die roller if it dared roll bad again, but somehow I doubt that it had any effect.

Japan, at least, have had some luck with the strategic bombing and that helped morale somewhat.

One disadvantage of using computers to roll dice for you is that you can not throw the dice across the room when the occasion calls for it.
