The ground units around Banak are not behaving. Some won't move. The SAM units move for a short time after being ordered to replenish then stop. Other ones seem to work.

We're going to need more detail on this one...

Which units, specifically are not behaving as expected?
What was the sequence of actions taken prior to the unexpected behaviour?
Is it only units that are ordered to replenish?

Look at the ground units around Banak air base. The SAM units start to move to replenish when ordered and then stop. Some of the ground units on the "Banak ground patrol" mission won't move; others are ok. The SAM units were put on hold prior to being ordered to replenish and then released from hold. Nothing special was done to the ground units ordered on the "Banak ground patrol" mission.

I believe that I found the problem. It is water next to some of the units. Not a bug.
