Looking at the in game database, I see that I was partly right about his R&D aircraft options.
I see that the A7M2 Sam has advanced a month but I was wrong about the Ki-84a, he opted to
buy a Ki-84r R&D factory. The Ki-84r has also advanced a month. This will make 1943 a very
tough year for the Allies. I wonder what other surprises he has in store for me?

No attacks on Singapore. I was able to upgrade the Inf squads in the 11th Indian Inf Div to 1942 units.
Also Singapore increased its forts to 3.

It was bound to happen sometime. I had directed her to an amphibious landing site, but she was intercepted on the way in.
To be honest, the lose of CL Sumatra is not that big of a thing. She has no upgrades, fair main gunnery, weak AA, no ASW, and
very little endurance. She is suited for raids in the DEI, but not much else.

Interesting turn. No attacks at Changsha or Singapore.

A bombardment attack at Bataan:

Ground combat at Bataan (78,77)

Japanese Bombardment attack

Attacking force 15720 troops, 255 guns, 93 vehicles, Assault Value = 760

2nd Ind.Art.Mortar Battalion

Defending units:
4th Marine Regiment
21st PA Infantry Division
11th PA Infantry Division
26th PS Cavalry Regiment
31st Infantry Regiment
45th PS Infantry Regimental Combat Team
91st PA Infantry Division
Manila Bay Defenses
14th PS Engineer Regiment
2nd PA Constabulary Division
Bataan USN Base Force
200th & 515th Coast AA Regiment
Asiatic Fleet
201st PA Construction Battalion

Bataan is out of supply and most of the units are also, so
I don't expect it to hold out too long.

Changsha did build level 6 forts today. And Singapore went back up to level 3 forts.

For China, I would stockpile everything except support squads. Even then, most units have enough but they are disabled. I would only start filling out units when they get over 50 experience - unless they are in India.

The problem is that it takes supply to repair the disabled devices and I don't have enough in many places, and not where I am taking large losses.
I have most units set to not take reinforcements anyway.

The disablments will repair whether or not you want to to repair as long as the supplies are there. But it is still more efficient to get those devices repaired before giving them anything new unless it is the artillery units.
