Hi there! When CMO came out, being able to sort events by type in the message log was touted as a feature. However, I prefered the old CMANO style of message log, because I prefer events displayed in a timeline. I assumed there would be a way to switch between both modes, so I didn't worry. However, when I got the game, sorting events by type was the only way to have them displayed in the Message Log tab. UNLESS... you separated the message log into a separate window, THEN you have the option to switch to CMANO-style logs. So here's my request: could we have the possibility to have raw text logs in the Message Log without have to open a separate window? Best regards, Gonçalo Prôa Till you get what you want, something oldish and simple tends to work well for me - snaketail + the sessions log file in \logs\{datetime of sessionStart.txt}). Every time it's written too you'll get a running update in snaketail. It's small and relatively simple ~500kb tool, that other then .net runtimes (which you already have if running CMO), is a "copy to a folder and run" type app, no real install needed. You can set the font size and color, and background etc, and setup certain keywords to be highlighted with certain background and font colors. Even better if you 'clear' the log in-game, you still have your running snaketail session (what gets cleared in game is what would be separately stored in the game file vs the raw log). This also useful for monitoring things when debugging lua and events and stuff and you're printing to the output/log instead of constantly re-opening the lua log file. cost: freeware http://snakenest.com/snaketail/
