Status: offline 		I'm not sure this is intended or a bug, but during the 82. Airborne Scenario, as the axis player, you have the II. SS Korps that starts with 0 action points.
During the next turns they never recover their action points and are stuck at 0 action points rendering them completely useless even though they have- and get fuel and supply.

Check the report and read about the action points reductions!
