I am speaking of my game with aoffen end of April 1942. I think that as soon as Moscow is lost, manpower is an issue. In our game, we are around October 1941 but I will also check my manpower. quote:
ORIGINAL: CHINCHIN Keeping MP above 50% is key. The tactic of not reinforcing or updating the Russian units with 20 experience that many of us do, or used to do, I don't know if it's a good idea, since there are many losses, which lower the MP. It is better to dismantle some units and reinforce others. It's also not a good idea to build up a lot of production to buy a bunch of armies right at the turn of the invasion, as MP drops tremendously. I don't know. Right now, with all the overruns, you are obliged to buy plenty of new units. Perhaps in the next patch, this will be ok.
