What is the use of the utilities in "CSlint" directory?.

Tools/CSlint is a suite of programs and (Perl) scripts for managing game data, QA'ing that data, etc. Among other things, you can use csmklua.pl to auto-generate starter Lua scripts, and csluachk.pl to QA your Lua Scripts.

More info about CSlint will be supplied at a later date.

You are welcome to try out the CSlint utilities. But in order to do so, you will need to have installed either/both of

WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux), a standard, built-in Windows component. Together with a suitable Linux distro, because CSlint runs entirely on Linux.

Cygwin, a Linux-like operating environment tailored to Windows. (My preference.)

Here too, information about how to set this up will also be offered at a later date.
