Status: offline 		I'm playing Lemur scen 26 (3 game) vs AI. I captured Changsa and instead of the base becoming China Exped Army it becomes China Command. I tried to change HQ but it wouldn't let me I have over 4000 PP. First time it happend, I capture Changsa in the other two games and it got the right HQ(china exped army). Anyone seend this before? I'm playing ver 1.21.

Status: offline 		Known bug in the code. Sometimes bases when captured are not changing there ownership.

China Command is a Allied HQ.
