nmleague - wow, that must have been tedious to get that helmet looking like it does - well done!

Tbird - very nice work there - I dubb thee "Stripe Master!" (P.S. Marshall's link appears to be broken (?)).

Guys wont believe it but the helmet took less than a min to do . Here is what I did:

1. did a flood fill of the base with a mid to light red brown color.

2. rotated the image 90 degrees

3. Choose effects-texture-brick (using PSP X), fooled around a little with the size of the brick texture, the depth, intensity etc., to get the look I wanted and applied it. Then rotated the image back. And that was it except for addig the stripe and giving a concrete texture to it. Oh and I did the same thing to the uniform pieces also.

Buy the way, for the snake skin type uniforms and the gator uniforms that I did, I also used the effects and textured the base. Very simple, but looks good.

I just purchased Maximum Football and here is my first try at creating a uniform. The name of team name is "The Bombers."

I've submitted it to FBMAX.COM so it should be available for downloading from there soon.

Here is another uniform I've just completed and that I've sent to FBMAX. Team name: Whalers. It's based on the team I ran in the NAFL Total Pro Football 2004 league I was in.

So... it looks good small, but if you were to enlarge the helmet, there's some spots that don't match up. :)

Welcome back nmleague! Good stuff!

TBird - ya, who was that Thornbird guy anyway?!?!

...actually, I thought that rollintider is now sec21 (could be wrong ). Agreed, it would be nice to have much of the uni's from that thread available - there is some nice stuff there! Likely that several of the designers don't have the game yet and are waiting it out...or perhaps we may be in for a surprise release of a bunch of those uni's at once.

Edit: too bad that the football-gaming site is AWOL, looks like godave uploaded a bunch of his uni's there.

A fantastic first effort - good stuff Breeze! Was wondering if you could include an in-game pic that shows the helmet logo a little clearer?

Well, I have a couple of in-game shots but they don't show the helmet logo too well. But I did whip up a helmet logo from Magnum's template:

And before someone asks, no, I didn't draw the dragon myself, it's from Microsoft Clip Art.

I will upload these uniforms to FBMax once I figure out how to do field art.

Decided to take a break from playbook design and back to some graphic things. Since it doesnt look like the Nexus site is going to be up soon, thought I would start with some gloves. What next shoes with flames
