Regarding the red pin, it marks the spot when you search by coordinates, Search: 7° N, 152° E (you might have to zoom out sometimes)

Status: offline 		I think they had actually multiple bases across the islands of the atoll. There were ~300 planes based there when the american CVs visited in
Operation Hailstone (1, Agano here?), Operation Hailstone (2), Operation Hailstone (3, german).
