Well that seems to do it for the forces at Rabaul.

On a techqhical aspect, pretty soon my TFs will be away from the vicinity of Aden and the Canal Zone, and then we can try that fix and free my trapped BB
Not that it will make any difference......

I see you are suffering from the retarded air asw model as well Kaelun. Lots of dumb submariners cruising on the surface in daylight off Hawaii.

Speaking of subs, in our game you have a whack of them farting around Johnston island for a week and now KB is pounding it. Hmmm...

If I recall correctly I had a bunch of surface asw chasing after those subs. They must have damaged them enough to prevent them from diving, and then the airedales got the credit.

This invasion of Rabul will start this turn, and hopefully be over the same day. We are checking out more real estate in the area but have not decided what we may what next.

Well that battle lasted a day. That division walked is a did a shock attack 2 turns in a row. The units landing on Rabul just hit the beach and went on vacation. The commander of the Rabul landing forces has been delt with. Taking applications for a new commander.

I will be up for maybe one more turn then it is off to bed. I will be dreaming of the sound of torpedos in the water screaming towards American carriers.

I will be getting to the DEI here soon, but not before I am ready. Need to gather up the rice, bullets, and troops first.

After Mavis flying boats spotted a carrier task force the deathstar went into action. The mighty Saratoga falls below the waves.

KB keeps farting around Noumea.
The last ship loaded with survivors from Luzon has arrived at Midway. It was a long, dangerous and slow crossing due to scarcity of fuel.

KB vanishes into thin air, again. Problem is my recon resources in the area are very scarce right now.
His BBs are nosing around PM, probably chasing a couple of transport TFs. I wish I had some torpedo bombers to give them a scare The Hudsons would just scratch the pain, if they were to hit the BBs, which they wont.

An enemy carrier TF is now raiding around PagoPago. It is not KB since there are Claudes involved. I'd sure like to get an attack on its replenishment TF, however my carriers are, of course, out of place.
His BB cream Port Moresby, but there appears to be no follow up invasion force.
