2nd carrier force entered action scoring numerous hits on 2 other enemy convoys and sinking few of them
1st carrier force finished troop convoy
naval detachment bombarded Nomuea today
Kuantan free- malaya will be clear soon
BUG at Burma 46:1 in shock attack and what do I see?
F****g defeat
Allied troops are under constant bombing and are overwhelmed - results in defence better then at sieged Manila or Singapore \ PATCH needed
I have a few conclusions about how to delay enemy in 44 and 45
-never in base
-forts are waste of supply
-allow to cut off
-use magic spirits

I'm slowly moving toward soerabaja - campaign at Java should finish in 2 weeks
cleaning of Malaya will finish in 2 weeks too
cleaning of luzon - ap.2 weeks to finish
so any major operation will start in 2-3 weeks
recon received shows that Caledonia was not reinforced by now - tempting ...
only burma with land combat bug is a problem - may be strong enough to change plans in this part of map

As "usual" 50+:1 attack and no breakthrough
I'm furious on land combat routine
I cut off these troops 3 weeks ago - they are under constant attacks of superior land units , with definite armor advantage and bombed to hell by sallys - and what ????????????????

The Brit units are doing what the aussies did at Kokoda IRL makes a nice change to see at least some allied units with backbone and some fighting spunk. Sneer forgets that the units and defending in heavy jungle much like the stand made at Long Tan in the Vietnam war.....only this one is going on much longer.

Kokoda was easily defended because there was no space to deploy troops
Hex north of Rangoon is not Jungle - it is clear

bad weather is SE pacific - enemy convoy is unfortunately safe
again strange land combat in Burma
I'd like to know when they break at 100:1 or at 200:1
looks like enemy units are out of supply consisting of wounded or disabled troops ... and fight like heroes.
Hope local commanders will not take any prisoners

Sneer has bombarded Noumea twice now and how the heck he got a JAP TF that far south has me stuffed. We all know how much the IJN ships are fuel guzzlers....he muxt be tanking them somewhere close. I would normally send a carrier TF to have a sniff around except he also has tow Jap CV TFs in the area picking off transport TF. Oh how I wish it was '43, better yet 1944 !

Are you sure they're out of supply? Could Raver be air-dropping supplies from Akyab?

It's a tad early for me to be thinking of a counter offensive in China......wishful thinking on Sneer's part. When the counter offensive comes it will be NOT before 1943, as I simply don't have the strength to do anything till then.

"UK brigades destroyed - prisoners not taken "

And here we see the first example of a war crime.

if chinase front is not ready to counterattack then I feel I will gain more during next 3-4 month then Raver
I'd like to know how big are his reserves of supply
I took 2 resources centres - Changsha and Yenan + burma road closed that denied him far more then 1k supply daily
there is sth like 400Hi in his hands and over 1200 resources
he has free supply 500 or 600 too
sth like 2k+ daily
I noticed 100+ units at first line
assume on average 500 suplies/month for each it is 50k supplies per month
he produces 60-65k
so only 15k per month left to carry air combat /fortify/fight my troops
I thonk his 4e bombers will be busy in airlifting supply to China for most of 42/43

here is some compensation for boredom of last 2-3 turns
Raver was sure I moved KB out of Suva-Pago Pago area and headed home
it was an idea when fat convoy was reported deeply into allied waters(112,115)
10+ ships reckoned as AP
3 days later it turned to be a mega TK convoy
1st part of carrier force made contact today
tomorrow I'll try to look at them closer
let's play with pertol and matches
at least 1000 miles from any base and 2000 miles from 3+ port they will have HOT time
allied often try to hunt japanese tanker convoys
interesting will be how reduced capacity will influence Allied navy operations in South West Pac in 42

Holy batsh1t ! How the hell is he getting that far south? jap warships are well known for their poor milage so there must be one heck of a unrep TF close by ! The question is can my CV make it that far south in time to intercept? With all the attacks Sneer has made on that poor defenceless convoy he is sure to be low on ammo.....the perfect conditions for my CVs !

Another full of action turn
7TKs already sunk
great AVG vs zero battle over Chungking
sorties and fuel level in KB more then acceptable
I think I will stay in area for few days
my recon shows 10+ ships but I knew they are more - maybe some troop ships are there?

US CVs ? - month ago my recon sub found one of them east of PH steaming West Coast so I assume they are there. Can they intercept me - no
on full speed yes but they can go with max speed only 4-5 days I think and refueling TF is much slower.
I doubt Raver will send CV without escort
