D-Day. It was the 6th of June 1944, when U.S. General Eisenhower, the supreme commander of Allied Expeditionary Forces in Europe gave the go-ahead for Operation Overlord, the largest amphibious military operation in history.
That day almost 20.000 parachutists touched down on French ground and 6,000 landing craft, ships and other vessels carrying 176,000 troops stormed the Normandy coast after leaving England. On their ships, soldiers were anxiously waiting to land and commence the struggle to free Europe with proud heart and firm hand.
Today,we,along with Flashback Games Studio and the Lordz Games Studio (www.thelordzgamesstudio.com), are hugely proud to announce the long-awaited release of Panzer Corps: Allied Corps, the spiritual successor to Allied General!
This date has been intentionally chosen to commemorate this historic event with a game that follows in the footsteps of those brave men and women who put their lives at risk to free Europe from tyranny.
