The renovation of our logistic process was due to a sudden shut down of our fulfillment supplier in the US. In the very short space of a few weeks, we had to internalize all the production and shipment process for our boxed versions in our UK headquarters. We have literally worked day and night to shift from totally externalized services to a fully integrated service and our production team has pulled some real magic trick to complete a fully working process in time of the Christmas season.
As a result, we have now full control of the shipments and this will allow us a lot of flexibility, options, and opportunities in the future. As it stands though, for the holiday sale and for the immediately foreseeable future we will only be able work towards the following estimated delivery timings:
- North America: 5-10 Days
- United Kingdom: 48 Hours
- European Union: 3-5 Days
- Rest of the World: 5-10 Days
