Larry Bond's Harpoon - Commander’s Editionis the newest in a series of computer adaptations of the award-winning Harpoon wargame system that served as a reference to Tom Clancy’s The Hunt for Red October, Clancy/Bond’s Red Storm Rising, and Bond’s Red Phoenix. Harpoon has shocked naval professionals, entertained the public, and educated everyone, since 1989. Harpoon is so accurate an earlier edition was the first (and only) software ever sold by the US Naval Institute. Harpoon strikes the perfect balance of accuracy, playability, and accessibility.
