World War II Grand Strategy From An Award-Winning Team Matrix Games and 2 by 3 Games (www.2by3games.com) have decided to change the planned release date for Gary Grigsby’s World At War from November, 2004 to February, 2005. Speculation and excitement have increased regarding the release of this title after a series of Summer previews and conventions.
