Glad the game is out...I had WITP since when it first came out...but I am having problems....every time I enter my serial number of my old copy of WITP to obtain the discount code for AE-WITP I am being told it was used already. What? Yes I put in the "-" between each series of 4 numbers.

used my serial - got code but did not write down - only copy pasted - than i had to cancel my order before completing and do it once again
it says my serial is used ....
i checked my mail hoping it was sent there but email is empty
what now??????

I assume you mean the discount code? If you didn't complete the order it shouldn't have been used. Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your discount code and your Order ID and I'll investigate.

Status: offline 		My discount code also did nothing. I purchased anyway. Full price. I'm also happy with the game.

I don't expect anything. Not worth the time to sort it out. Maybe I did something wrong on my end.

However, if you really feel the need to get me a discount....I'm planning on buying BTR as well.

Anyway, you guys are great. This addiction is actually fairly low cost compared to anything else.

Great game.

Status: offline 		Just a suggestion really, but if there's any chance of actually adding the discount to the checkout as a sub-total then that would help idiots like me a lot in future to see whether the discount has or has not been applied - especially true for those of us who are paying in something other than USD ;)

May I ask what the price for AE is, in GBP (pounds sterling) both before and after discount, as a download only?

Getting the code was successful. However, in placing my order the code would not show the discount. Have sent an update of the issue to help/desk Dis-regard issue solved.

Note: the issue has been resolved. The code had the number 0. I thought it was the letter "o" re-ordered and was successful.

And when I get to the purchase page I see the screaming red text saying that the offer is only valid for the first 90 days after the release. :( Is the promo over? The discount was just the thing to push me over the "must buy" edge.
