Just wrapping up Shameless, loved Frank and the entire gang.

Lilyhammer, a Netflix production.

Description: Frank Tagliano ('Steven Van Zandt'-Sopranos' Silvio), is a former New York mobster, who after testifying in a trial in the United States, Tagliano joins the witness protection program. Intrigued by the place after watching the Winter Olympics in 1994, he is relocated to Lillehammer in Norway. The transition from being a feared and respected gangster in New York, to becoming an unemployed immigrant in Norway, is not simple. Frank soon discovers that in order to succeed in this rural Norwegian society, he must resort to his old ways.

Available streaming through Netflix. Lilyhammer is fantastic. A funny, original drama.

I've been watching the second series of Lost Kingdoms of Africa. The latest episode looked at the history and culture of the Zulu Kingdom. It is on BBC iPlayer at the moment: web link.

I am watching Fawlty Towers on Netflix. After the Basil bash I am going to watch(again) Kontroll(2003). Great movie about the Hungarian subway system, dark and funny. Check it out.

Have been watching episodes of Foyle's War on & off the last couple months.  Happily, my dad owns the first six seasons, so I can view them at my leisure.

I love Foyle's War - Michael (?) Kitchen is perfectly fitted for the role - great stories set against the background of wartime England. Excellent

Oh yea, Netflix finally has the classic "Invasion of the Bee Girls" available. Sexiest movie I ever saw on regular broadcast television back before Cable TV. Being about 16 at a time, I was totally scandalized. Wondering how bad it will be when I watch it again for the first time in over 40 years.

Should have made clear - I am talking about the BBC/HBO production about the Wannsee Conference in 1942 starring Kenneth Branagh as Heydrich. Excellent cast, brilliant screenplay. Thoroughly recommended.
