The puppies below all say "yip, yip, yup, yip", which in Swedish whelpish translates to something like "good bye, and thanks for all the showlaces"

Ok guys, the puppies are approaching the old age of eight weeks this weekend, meaning that their new owners will start to drop by and collect them. All of the "puppy pile", that is Sune, Sven, Sia, Stella, Siv and Siri wishes to say goodbye to all of you guys and to thank you for giving them that "Awww" feedback that they thrive on

I hope that the opportunity will arise to show you new puppy pics in two years.

I'm going to really miss Sia. I hope she gets a great home.

She will, as she is the puppy that my sis and her family is going to keep

... which also means I get to continue to cuddle and play with her

Fantastic!

My labrador's sister lives only a block and a half away with a friend I've known since sixth grade. And another sister who is my neices aunt and uncle. They love getting together.

The latter She is the most "forward" of all the siblings and even outweighing her brothers.

If you're interested, below is a link to a ~1 minute video clip in my ol' mans dropbox. It's taken yesterday and named "Matdags", which translated would be "Feeding time". The format of the clip is a Quicktime movie.

In case that you have a look, note how long it takes them to feed ... and also their notable lack of table manners

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/94187727/Matdags.MOV

Edit; Faulty link at first. You need a good connection to watch it as it is 38 Megs

Hi all,

Hmmm... nice but a bit expensive though...

0 to 007mph: Aston Martin £25,000 super bicycle that uses car technology that James Bond would be proud of

By Daily Mail UK

It takes seven people two weeks to make and costs £25,000 to buy.

And the high-tech gadgetry on Aston Martin’s new road bike could just be enough to tempt James Bond onto two wheels.

Dubbed the ‘world’s most technologically advanced’ bike, the elegant One-77 was based on the firm’s £1 million namesake supercar and was launched earlier this month.

Project manager Simon Roberts poses with the new Aston Martin super cycle, which comes with a £25,000 price tag:

And while 007 won’t find any on-board rockets at his disposal, there is more than enough to impress even the most dedicated of cyclists.
An on-board computer and touchscreen display details 100 items of information including speed, temperature, rate of climb and power. It also measures ECG, respiration rate and core body temperature.

The state-of-the-art bike even has a Bluetooth connection to share data with smartphones and other devices.

Dubbed the 'world's most technologically advanced' bike, the elegant One-77 was based on the firm's £1 million namesake supercar and was launched earlier this month:

But, in common with its automotive namesake, there will only be 77 ever made.

And while the £25,000 may seem steep to most the firm which built the bike has already received four orders from Australia, Japan and Brazil and seven more inquiries.

The bike was designed and built by Norfolk-based company Factor Bikes which makes components for the motorsport and aerospace industries.

The firm, a subsidiary of bf1systems, has spent the last year developing the One-77 bicycle at their technical centre in Diss.

A team of 15 specialists began work last year to design and make the bicycle on behalf of Aston Martin.

Despite the wallet-busting cost, the firm which built the bike has already received four orders from Australia, Japan and Brazil and seven more inquiries:

Simon Roberts, project manager at Factor Bikes, said: ‘We are using a lot of electronics in the bike to take lab data measurements on the road and there are components we use in motorsport that we have adapted for the One-77.

‘The cranks measure the left and right leg power 200 times a second and the electronics on the handle bars measure things like GPS, heart rate, temperature, humidity, and altitude.’

The cutting-edge road bike, one of the world’s most expensive, comes in seven different colours, including classic racing green.

Staff at Factor Bikes are already working on their next generation bike, which is set to be launched at the end of the year.
The firm and bf1systems provide components for vehicles in Formula 1, Indycar, World Rally and Moto GP and has a client list including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin and Maserati.

It's the weekend! Hurrah!

Not sure if I like this whole weekend thing or not, I miss the time off from shift work but the days fly by at the moment as they're a mere 9 hours long.

More or less. The new place is nice and almost under the route of any aircraft doing a flypast of the BBMF hangar. Because it's a bungalow it also means that Josh can (and does) wander back to his room to fetch any toys he wants to play with.

The only downside was a thieving git stealing some of our stuff during the move, at the moment we're trying to get the movers to pay for replacements.

Nice bike Leo. I just was on mine - which only had a pricetag of 800 Euro half a decade ago
