I think most people tend to gravitate towards fluoride, not hops.

Just curious. Interwebs being interwebs people play these jokes on each other all the time. The best one I've come across was a Japanese phrase which sipposedly meant something like "Jesus brings love and peace" but in reality meant "I want to have anal intercourse with you".

The words are mostly correctly translated. It rather looks like a very crude google translation.

No German would express this with this words and with sentences built this way. But it doesn't mean something totally different.

This came out of my favorite translation site, Tradukka.com.

in West-Berlin geboren und aufgewachsen verbrachte auf dem Spielplatz den größten Teil meiner Zeit.

Tried it in Russian too. Pretty spot-on.
