22nd December -44 ______________________________________________________________________________ Extremely quiet turn. Not a single air mission besides recon and naval search. ------------------------ Thailand ------------------------ The shock attack works fine an obliterates the paras. quote:

Other than that not much happening. The supply situation has stabilized enough for me to start repairing the oil I have captured. Supply is hovering around 1 million at Cotabato and Iloilo. With another 2,5 million arriving mid January this won´t be an issue anymore. Fuel is still a bit of a concern. But I have enough to sorti the whole fleet on an excursion or two. Another 700.000 fuel is arriving in a few weeks and with local fuel we should be fine. I might start moving the 800.000 fuel at Noumea forward again. Just for the sake of it. ------------------------ Even more toys! ------------------------ Randolph will join Bennington and head for PH when their DD escort arrives in a couple of days. There they will wait for Bunker Hill and Illustrious that should be ready in about 30 days. This will be a nice addition to the fleet in late January. Another 300 planes will be welcome and add a lot more punch.
