I'm not a fan of Alberta for some reasons, but the scenery, oh the scenery. I've gone to Vancouver by train 3 times, which means going through Alberta by train 6 times in the process. Northern Ontario, more trees than anyone can handle. Manitoba, Northern Ontario lite. Saskatchewan, likely nice, but the train times it for the night because there's really nothing to see but grain :) Alberta though is beautiful. Rivals a lot of American vistas I'm sure, I have not had the pleasure to see them with my own eyes in person though. Lately, BC is on fire too much. I saw the Okanagan Valley in my youth. Not sure how much remains. I've wondered what Seattle is like. Probably a lot like Vancouver. But I was too young to recall it much. Preteens don't notice much of that sort of thing :)
