Back from 11 days of "stay-cation" where I had a nice mental break from work. Not being around the computer as much meant no Matrix time. I have been watching lots of the Tour de France!

No progress on the house for the last few weeks. We're stalled due to a shortage of insulation materials. Some is slowly coming in now, so we hope they will get to our house soon. Latest ETA for closing is now October.
