Interesting though, how many people have joined this thread with only single digit sums of posts to their credit eh. And you feel SOOOO much better, having those 3 digits under your avatar? Pathetic... Hmmm maybe he DOESN'T really know me? Ok loser listen up, it isn't three digits, try 4. It isn't just Hexed Gamer, its Les the Sarge 9-1 Following the bouncing ball? If I cared a hoot for your sum of posts or mine I might not have dumped the old account. The old acount was here before most of this forum existed. And no, my join date doesn't count for anything either. My point was, the thread appears to have drawn out a lot of new first time posters. It wasn't a comment on the worth, merely a comment that it might have drawn a lot of attention. As for people actually thinking that actually putting me down for not paying for Paradox's ****ty game, get real, your criticsm of my decision to do that is worth less than their game. "There's probably a clinical description for those who hate something simply because it exists" Then again maybe there isn't. Maybe there is a clinical description for people dumb enough to buy anything, even when well informed opinion tells them they might wish to reconsider. Maybe if you all voice your opinion enthusiastically enough, that the world is flat, you can get everyone to reconsider and accept that too. I think 2004 will go down as the year I stopped thinking wargamers were generally speaking a cut above intellectually. It appears computer wargames might be dulling the cutting edge by making it too easy. I could be wrong, but the magnitude of moronic discussions I have witnessed is sure on the increase. Note to self, stop talking with idiots so much.
