ORIGINAL: NeverMan Just leave the log as it is from the start of the old to the start of the new. For instance, the new patch takes the old log and leaves is as a text that can be retrieved while creating a new log from scratch with the new patch that starts from when the new patch was loaded. This is an easy alternative, IMO. That might work, too. Except, I think Marshall said it was a database format. It might not be feasible to have two versions around in that case. However, Marshall, if NeverMan's idea is plausible, I would have no problem losing the entirety of the log "up until now" for games I'm playing in. It's not very useful anyhow, so losing the data wouldn't bother me. UNLESS you (the program) are using the log entries in an active way.
