After having KB's Vals and Kates scoring more hits on my subs than any Orion ASW aircraft could over the last few turns, a reduction in the effectiveness of finding and hitting subs would be nice.

Nomad -> RE: What are you looking forward to in AE (7/26/2008 4:16:04 AM)

The release date? that is the only extra thing I want now. I trust Joe and his team to get things as good as they can. [:)]

I'd like the damn thing to get released so I could play it!

With so many new slots, maybe the rear echelon planes, like the Japanese "Willow" could be used as kamikaze (as in real life), to perhaps satisfy a demand for kamikaze, so maybe not every Japanese plane in the world is forced to expend itself in a "one-shot" waste...[&:]

Admittedly with so many new open slots, maybe some of these rear-echelon trainer types are best left for the mods? Here is another used as a transport and advanced trainer,(and kamikaze).
Tachikawa Ki-54a), code named "Hickory" by the allies...

Sardaukar -> RE: What are you looking forward to in AE (7/31/2008 9:00:43 AM)

I think what I'll be looking forward with AE is divorce !! [:D]

Just kidding, I have a wife that tolerates my wargaming remarkably well...despite occasional comment like "boys and their toys.." [:'(]

It'll just add once time-consuming game into "cycle", meaning I play WitP exclusively for a while, then switch to Combat Mission PBEM games, then Rome:Total War, then... Vicious cycle ! [:D]

Kull -> RE: What are you looking forward to in AE (8/1/2008 5:24:05 AM)
