The grain seeds contain a protein that explode when heated....GP Well, the hand parched wild rice will "pop" when fried but I was frying corn kernels . . . Oh, you were making POP CORN....GP Oh yes, but some of them exploded and sent some to the top of the stove, the countertop and the floor . . . Then I made a caramel sauce to put on about 5 litres of exploded corn and poured that on the exploded corn in the metal pan and baked it for an hour. *GRUMP!!!* I keep forgetting that when I turn off the timer on the stove that this Chinese restaurant type stove shuts off the oven . . . *GRUMP!!!* [image]local://upfiles/52896/FD61098981604CF29FC52B4B7BEF4B0E.jpg[/image] GRUMP....GP
