livipajo -> impossible to finish download (8/27/2010 9:28:14 PM) Hello i am trying to download te game but at 89 mb ir breaks and generate and exe file.It does not work and now i receive a message that i have tried too much times to download the file and do not permit download the file again, i have tried to do it in two pc and with two different adsl and it is the same.How can i download the game???Sorry by my poor english

Erik Rutins -> RE: impossible to finish download (8/27/2010 9:52:53 PM) Hi Livipajo, It sounds like there is a problem with the internet connection between you and our servers. You should first contact us (you can e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com) to get your downloads reset as it sounds like you overloaded the store a bit there. Then use a download manager like Star Downloader but put it in single stream mode (otherwise it will overload the store again). That should allow you to resume broken downloads and get past those internet hiccups. Regards, - Erik
