Its all part of the learning process for me. This is a huge game and there is just so much to do. While most major powers have a lot to do, for the Japanese - and especially the CW - they have the added problems of having to do much overseas. Juggling the need for naval, land and combined actions and the limitations of each, adds to the problems. The need to garrison territories - particularly India - against Partisans is a major issue, as is garrisoning those points - like Singapore, Rabaul, Trincomalee etc sufficiently. The USA staying out of the war was not envisaged either - I had a 70% chance of declaring war a few turns ago!! As for the Japanese, I am in all sorts of bother with a lack of HQ. I need to understand how I can manage China with so few HQ and yet still conquer the NEI, Malaya, Burma etc. So I will continue to make mistakes (with both sides) but its the only way to learn right?
