I'm a bit of an anomaly. I've drank Seaport coffee my entire life. As a Cajun, I have to have coffee strong. I brew the Seaport in an old drip pot, and use a bit of cream and cane sugar to take the edge off. Gives it a molasses flavor. So I cannot, ever, drink the coffee at the office, or really anywhere else, for that matter. I picked up the habit of drinking hot tea in Iraq. Every now and then I'll have a cup, though it's nowhere near as good as Iraqi chai.
