budd -> random campaign problem (6/28/2014 8:07:52 PM)

I tried to start up a random campaign and every time i hit the random button the program exits.No error, no lock up, it just shuts down.I tried various compatibility modes for XP. Reading the log it looks like a 64 bit issue but maybe someone can tell me for sure or has a work around.
