Stockpiled devices in the pool are not distributed to any unit. If Division A is short of devices x, y, z and there are beaucoup of x, y, and z in the pools but device z is set to stockpile in the pools, Division A will only receive devices x and y if it's replacements toggle has been turned on. Or to put into simpler terms, Milo has seen the colour green and has decided to supply x and y on credit but is still haggling over the price of z, so no sale of z until the contract has been drawn up by Cheathem et al. Hypothetical situation: Suppose a commander wishes to initiate an amphibious landing during the night, in the fashion of the LYB's in the 1942(a) DEI campaign. Does one have to be at the landing hex BEFORE the night execution starts or before it ENDS? If the latter, how far would you stand off with a 12 Kt AP convoy to achieve that?

Turns out the neighbors DID buy Mistah Chang's place for 6 million pictures of a dead President. I was mistaken. The original asking price was $8.2M, which was unrealistic and perhaps cleverly designed to flush out a "bargain hunter" The new neighbors sent gift baskets around to apologize for the remodeling.[:D] Nice gift baskets. Bring in some AAA to Bataan. You can either have the amphibious TF stop one hex away or in the same hex as the target but "Do Not Unload" on set. Then let them unload. Be ready to invade Bataan or even send a unit to Clark from Bataan at the same time his start to move. Set them on "Reserve" mode so they will move relatively fast but not be involved in combat.
