Germany rails MOT and MOT div to Cernauti, artillery to Riga. Italy rails MIL to France.

German troops move east. Germany don't have enough units and USSR is retreating too fast. Only one land combat in USSR and another one in China. Japan sends carrier plane to give 1 point ground support against CAV div.

Do USSR want to use their FTR for ground support? Germany has Bf110 in range. Current odds 31,5:4 = +17,5B.

Edit: Note INF to Estonia, they are making the best they can not to get railroad connection for reinforcements [:)]

USSR southern front after German move. Note that Germany took 3 resources in Krivoy Rog and retreated just to annoy USSR.

CW sails 2CV, 3BB & 4CA from Gib to West Med 4-box.

US sends 4 CP's from West to Caribbean. Also CP moves to the Christmas island sea zone.

CW declines combat in St Vincent but initiates in West Med.

Searches Allies 5, Axis. Both find each other (only 1 surprise point to Axis). Naval combat selected.

First round seeds a Swordfish cleared through. It was Axis choice, so I picked the worst one. I presume Axis will stay?

Yes, Vichy should be able to save one oil point each turn. It can use that oil the turn after this one, to reorganise units.
