I think it is a 1 strength notional that I think is OOS. And 1-1 is 0 in strength.

The picture says that it is 0 in strength in the upper left corner. Problem solved. [:)]

Japan supports both land attacks, one with Nav2 and the other with FTR2 flying as bomber.

Italy and Germany support the assault on Malta with max shore bombardment and max ground support(GE Tac3,IT Tac3, FTR2 flying as bomber and a Nav2).

Also we'll need to know about Axis air reaction in E Med and W Med.

There are 2 allied FTRs (whirlwind & DS506) in 1 box W Med. Allies will be reacting more air to W Med: 2xFTR2, 1xNAV2 1 box.
There are 2 RN CA's in 3 box E Med facing 3 IT CA's in 3 box.

If Axis wants to wait to decide that's ok but I don't think any other battles will affect these at all.

The Dutch SUB is one of my favorite Allied units. Ditto the Polish DD, which partially represents a couple Polish Submarines that scored a few key hits for the Royal Navy.

Italy send the NAV2 on Sicily (73,37) to the 0-box of the Eastern Mediterranean.

No other air at this point. Axis subs are excluded from combat.

If you choose box 0 only, you have 7 surprise points.

If you use 4 points to get surface combat, this is what you get.

Just the 1-box with HMS Nelson.

Surface combat. 4 surprise points to increase damage on HMS Nelson. And 2 surprise points to reduce the damage suffered.

The German ships are expected to suffer two aborts. Both the battleships are allocated one abort each. The German fleet retires to port after this round.

What forces have the Allies in Faeroes Gap, Bay of Biscay, and the North Sea? Edit: I actually only need the forces that can find the aborting German fleet.

North Sea is empty.

Faroes gab biggest fleet in box 4.

BoB biggest fleet in box 3, one ships in box 4.

BTW, I think that showing the sea box number should be pre-selected when opening the Naval Review Form, and deselected if you do not want it shown.
