US reorgs spends an oil reorganising all for 0.6 points. CW spends 1 oil reorganising all for 1.3 points. France spends 1 oil reorganising all for 1.15 points. France sends 2 saved oils to production to boost BP's to 10.

But I'd forgotten (or more likely not bothered to read) the pact my Foreign Minister negotiated, so didn't realise the Soviets could do this. Marker to tension pool). The US also undertakes to protect shipping along its East Coast. The Fuhrer vows the US will pay in blood for this violation of its neutrality (5 rolled, marker to tension pool).

Question please: Is there a reason why two of the Prague saved oil are not shown? The Germans have 17 Oil saved before any Production Planning but two of the Prague Oil aren't shown and in the Saved Oil Points section, it states 15 Saved at Start. For some unknown reason, I have two oil resources at Prague showing as idle. I sent them to Brno and it now shows 17 oils. Let me know if you want them to go somewhere else.
