Duke of York and Repulse add 5 points shore bombardment. DB-7 from Malta flies ground support, escorted by Hurricanes from Malta. Germany could fly the two Condors in support of the defence. I'm not sure how the carrier air works - so NO if the odds can move up to +3, but YES if it stays at +2 even if the CW commit all.
