I've no idea. I assume I have to take the NAV first and then hope that the carrier is just aborted rather than lost (but with those points I suspect the worst). Please confirm. Thanks.

5 points aborts the NAV, then 4 points reduces the CVP bombs to 0. I've gone with this as the other way around destroys the CVP and reduces NAV to 0. Where does the NAV land?

I'm not sure how we get around this. I think there is a problem everytime a land based air aborts.

Okay, worked through it this time. It's not doing the abort in the AA fire routines in the correct sequence that seems to trigger the MadEx.

The Allies decide to try another round. How about the Japanese?

The Allies optimistically try adding a Spitfire from Singapore to the 1-box.

Do the Japanese wish to add any extra? NAVs at Hong Kong and Tarakan can make the 2-box. FTRs around Hong Kong the 1-box.

Indeed, Richard Todd. The interesting thing is, he dropped with the Para's on D-Day and was part of the reinforcements sent to 'Hold until relieved".

Have you ever visited Pegasus Bridge? When you see the markers showing where the gliders touched down and consider they only had one chance in the dark, it's an astounding piece of flying.
