air war has been brutal, I lost 59 planes for 278
before this turn, about 4.5 turn of replacement lost for infantry

except AGS, progress is poor due to numerous support for them

I think that Russia has already centralize artillery and disbanded Mechanized corps.
This gave him more rifle divisions.

On my part, turn was short as units failed proficiency check after trying an assault against Kiev.

Air war is not the best with 25 planes lost for 187 of them.
