Galinin is in the pocket.

This is when i noticed it was difficult, while trapped, to reattach some units to another hq which was not in the chain of command.

North Rostov last mud.

Now his tanks had very long mp's all mud. Including in the pocket near Moscow. They should not have gotten much fuel except for air drop.

Down here he is much closer to rr and his tanks should have good fuel

forts disappear fully even though its a victory. does not seem logical. Victories mean the forts should survive and only slightly reduce.

Second battle for Rostov

Now with no forts, the town falls easily.

and under new commit rules: 2 panzer divisions activate in reserve attack.

gimme a BREAK.

This is the most obvious example of how the game changed in the recent betas. !!!

Blunt force direct attacks on Urban cities is now preferred method of attack.

This was another not happy event. Ty does enough to really cause more Russian losses ahead.

Some of his tanks somehow got fueled up during the mud although distances were very far.

And this is why one should know how many hexes in snow the German tanks can go.

since Ty was easily able to take Rostov, he then redirects his tanks north to act as a southern pincer to his Tula south attack.

I cannot afford to lose units and that seems to be all i can do.

Up north i nudge the first division off of the rr junction hex.

This was joy. Although we showed no emotion at news of the victory.

Please note the prisoner cage at the north west part of the map.

It is incredible how many units I will loose in the snow turns.

His taking Rostov really allowed this pincer punch.

On hindsight, i guess one just needs to keep retreating in mud and never stop unless last snow.

In the first battle of Rostov, I won yet the fort went from 3x to zero and all units in Rostov were in supply.

Then, later I win a behind the lines battle at Tula (out of supply for 5/6 weeks), with Galanin hq, and yet the fort stayed 3x to 3x. No reduction.

We could use a little explanation?
